This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of Drippy, a service operated by Drippy Inc., can request deletion of their account and personal data. This policy satisfies Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp's requirements for user data removal.
Drippy processes account information, business data, and messaging-related content solely to operate the Service. Users may request full account and data deletion at any time. Upon receiving a verified request, Drippy Inc. will permanently delete or anonymize personal information as required by law and in accordance with this Policy.

All customer contact data uploaded by you (names, phone numbers, tags, notes, etc.) will be permanently deleted unless you request an export before deletion.
Stored message logs and line sheet interaction records will be permanently deleted from your operational dashboard upon request. However, we reserve the right to retain Anonymized Data Points (e.g., "A product in the 'Denim' category was viewed for 30 seconds") that have been stripped of all PII (names, phone numbers, specific store IDs). This data is used solely for district-level trend analysis and cannot be traced back to you or your customers.
For legal and tax compliance:
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically purged. Backup data is not used for any operational purpose.
Upon successful completion of the deletion process, Drippy Inc. can provide a formal Confirmation of Erasure upon request. This satisfies Meta's "User Data Deletion" requirements for Business Solution Providers.

If you connected a WhatsApp Business phone number or Meta account via Drippy:
If you are a buyer whose data was uploaded by a Merchant, you may request that your personal information be "Suppressed" or "Deleted" across the Drippy ecosystem. To do so, email support@heydrippy.com with your phone number. We will remove your PII from all Merchant databases and our internal logs within 30 days.
